Remarks for special cases

A    The program has detected a fatal error which normally should not happen. Check the following possibilities starting with A-1:

A-1    A data error has been made which has not been detected by the program. Check your data. If no error is found continue with A-2. If an error is detected, start the program again after correcting the error. If it works satisfactorily, now restore the data error and try to reproduce the same error message. Please inform licenser if the error message appears again and specify the error number, the reasons, and elimination as precisely as possible. In addition, send a printed list showing the error message.

A-2    A hardware error has appeared which was not reported by the run-time system. Start the system again, load a safety copy of the program system, and again start the program. If the error appears once more act according to A-3.

A-3    An installation parameter is wrong or a program error has occurred. Please contact the license provider and send the relevant data together with the LIST file and error message, preferably as a ZIP archive.
