Empirical standard deviations
for the calibration angles dφ, dω, dκ

The standard deviations given in an ECES statement are valid for the following ECCA statements. Any standard deviation may either be omitted or be zero in arbitrary combination. Missing values will result in the corresponding values in the ECCA statement being treated as approximations only instead of measured quantities. If there are no values at all a warning is issued. This may be ignored if all values are in fact to be treated as approximations in the following ECCA statements.
