COES Empirical standard deviations for control points

This input statement redefines the default values for the a priori standard deviations for the control points following. It may be read-in repeatedly. The control points will not necessarily follow immediately afterwards. If no control points at all follow, then the input remains ineffective. The default values are valid until input of the first COES statement.

If for example the fields for s_x and s_y remain empty during input, then the following control points are regarded as height control points. The default values are effective only for those control points which have no separate standard deviation (see CONT statement).
