This release introduced several minor enhancements to BINGO and its tools.
BINGO
This release added the PCON statement and extended the GRUP statement.
To change the standard deviations of all photo measurements of control points, check points, or both, use the keywords CONT and CHCK in a GRUP statement instead of a range of point numbers or names.
Examples:
GRUP CONT 0.5
GRUP CHCK 10.0
GRUP CONT CHCK 0.7
This syntax can be combined with ranges of point numbers or point names. The total number of special groups remains limited to three.
The PCON statement allows photo projection centers in geoin.dat to be used directly as control points, without a GPS or IMU file or corrections for shift, drift, or the eccentricity vector .

The same rules and values used for the coordinate standard deviations of CONT statements apply to PCON statements.
