BINGO 5.3 - February 2006
This page describes BINGO as it existed at the stated release date. For current behavior and requirements, use the current Manual, Reference, and Guides.
The manual is up to date. For the changes in the programs BINGO, RELAX and SKIP please compare the related manual chapters and see as well the parameter GUI. Important changes will be found as well below.
Program BOPER
A BINGO operator has been introduced. This allows storing personal settings for different BINGO users inside the same environment (compare file ″install.pdf″ on the BINGO CD).
Program 3dViewG
The graphics presentation parameters are now saved to the 3dViewG.ini file. A button to set the defaults has been added.
Program RELAX
In case of standard aerial triangulation the parameters MINCO, CLIP, and TRAF are set to their defaults, and KARI is set to 1.
The error elimination during block transformation can be switched off completely now.
Program BINGO
The settings for program SKIP will now be processed already in program BINGO. This allows easier handling, if the thresholds and parameters for error elimination shall have individual values instead of their defaults.
The FILE statement in file geoin.dat has been enhanced. The available keywords are now IMU and GPS. The additional keywords GPSA, GPSP and IMU2 are not available anymore. They are replaced by options +e and +o. There are as well two new options: +9 and –t. For details see the manual.
Program ROMA
This program can now process different scales in x’ and y’.
